Our Story
Transitions Housing Solutions CIC was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, as the challenges of homelessness in our communities became impossible to ignore.
Seeing the struggles faced by friends, family members, and local residents inspired the creation of a better, more compassionate way to support people into stable housing.
Transitions Property Management Ltd was later established to drive growth and expand our supported housing portfolio across the region — and eventually beyond.
Our journey now continues as we grow responsibly, always staying true to our core mission: helping vulnerable people access safe, supportive homes.
